Who are you and what are you responsible for?
I am Kira and I am responsible for sales and marketing at illucIT. My responsibilities include new customer acquisition and communication with (potential) customers. Additionally, I am responsible for our newly launched social media campaign, which is currently running on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. So, feel free to drop by.
What is your professional background?
I first studied business administration with a focus on marketing and corporate development in Würzburg. Afterwards, I did my master's degree in marketing management in NRW and then returned to my home town of Würzburg. Originally, I joined illucIT as a working student and since March 2021 I have been a permanent employee as part of the illucIT team.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
I've always enjoyed working on creative tasks and coming up with new ideas. I utilize this by creating our social media posts. I also love communicating and learning new things. What appeals to me about sales is the contact with customers. It is exciting to understand what their problems are and how we can help them with our solutions. At illucIT, I particularly appreciate the variety of tasks, the colleagues and the family-like corporate culture.
